About me and this blog…

Well, lets see. I’m starting this blog as a class assignment for CIS44. I’m a full time mommy (those are my boys, in the photo above), I recently started my own web and graphic design business (KerriCummins.com), and now I’m going back to school to finish my degree in Computer Information Systems, as a Webmaster option.

I do have much experience with HTML and CSS. I’m in the habit of seeing that my pages validate strict html, and I’m now making the switch to XHTML. I’m looking forward to learning more on Javascript and PHP in the near future.

In this blog, I’ll be reviewing three articles a week that are relevant to the class material. I’d appreciate any comments, and any suggestions to other articles or tutorials, that I should check out.
